Over 22,500 jump rings in 14 colors of enameled copper and brass have been woven together one by one in the European 4-in-1 Chainmaille pattern.
"Bloody Yell" is my tribute to Edvard Munch's "The Scream." It's always been a visual favorite of mine and it's history of being stolen adds to my interest. I created the pattern (without the aid of pattern-making software), cut all the jump rings with a saw (all 22,500+ of 'em!), and wove each ring individually into this European 4-in-1 chainmaille painting. The finished chainmaille is suspended in an open-front wood shadow box on a metal rod.
